1. Establish operation standards, define construction technology, and work out the operation sequence of each work to make the construction orderly;
2. Under the guidance of the construction engineer, the construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the construction organization design and construction schedule;
3. Conduct technical and safety disclosure to the production team according to the design requirements, operation procedures and inspection and evaluation standards;
4. Solve problems in drawings and construction in time;
5. Supervise the construction process, quality, raw material inspection, acceptance of foundation, intermediate structure and concealed works, collection and arrangement of engineering data, positioning and setting out of buildings, etc;
