1. College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in landscape budget and settlement, familiar with all kinds of budget and final accounts;
2. Good at CAD, proficient in 0ffice related office software;
3. Have the ability to conduct independently and lead the project cost analysis and decomposition, the preparation of bidding documents, budget and final accounts;
4. Have the ability of design estimation, construction drawing budget, quantity measurement, calculation of direct project cost, etc;
5. Excellent adaptability, be able to timely make corresponding budget for change negotiation according to drawings and design changes;
6. Good team work ability and excellent pressure resistance;
7. Familiar with municipal road and Bridge budget;
